Surya is Director of Coaching Cricket and Head Coach at Brentwood Cricket Club, and works on the Essex County Cricket pathway. He coaches across Essex and East London, and has worked with current and former professional players.
He started coaching at 15 and has been full time since 2017. These days that's 20–25 hours a week on the pitch, plus running a WhatsApp community for the players and parents he works with.
